AuditShield ("the Service") is an automated technical scanning tool that analyses e-commerce website storefronts for indicators of compliance with selected data protection and AI transparency regulations. The Service is operated by Pure Light Ltd (Company No. 17433578), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
The Service generates reports based on automated analysis of publicly accessible website elements — including page structure, script loading behaviour, cookie usage, and content labelling. These reports are produced without human review or intervention.
Important — please read carefully.
AuditShield is a technology tool, not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice, and nothing generated by the Service — including scan results, compliance scores, remediation recommendations, PDF reports, or any other output — constitutes or substitutes for legal advice from a qualified professional.
No attorney-client relationship is created between you and AuditShield through your use of the Service. No information or output from the Service should be relied upon as a definitive statement of your legal obligations or compliance status.
Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction, business model, data processing activities, and change over time. A passing score on an automated scan does not guarantee regulatory compliance. A failing score does not necessarily indicate a legal violation.
You are solely responsible for:
